The UEC travelled to Israel to present the initiative to clubs from first and second divisions
The UEC has met with the Israeli clubs from first and second divisions this Sunday 28th May in Tel Aviv.
This was a great opportunity to present the initiative and discuss the specific concerns of IPFL clubs. Competitive balance is high in Israel thanks to the early centralisation of media rights and the good distribution of fandom across the country. Access to UEFA competitions and solidarity will remain key in the coming years to protect the Israeli model and allow clubs to further develop.
The UEC looks forward to working with its new Israeli members in the months to come and wants to thank Nicolas Lev for facilitating the meeting.
